Even though mum and my auntie haven't lived in Mexico in quite a long time, they both love making Mexican food pretty frequently which helps me a lot for the food section. The food hasn't changed drastically over the years so these recipes should be perfect for my book! She also said that she'll send me the hand written versions of some of the recipes which might be great to add subtly in the background, very exciting yes!
