Test moving image

In my publication I want to include the concept of being able to use your phone to hover over some of the images and for them to move. Animation isn't particularly my strong point, but I know how to make a basic gif so I think that's enough!

I did a simple painting of a Tigres player. The image doesn't particularly say much in terms of context, but I just wanted to test out my animation 'skills' on something simple first.

I wanted to have at least two things moving in the image, just his arm and maybe a crowd in the background? Just so there's more than one thing to focus on when looking at the screen.

I'm quite happy with how the gif turned out, considering that I don't make gifs very often especially hand painting each element which needed to be moved. But I think it is great practice, so when it comes to doing my actual final image and gif it should (in theory) be far more successful. I think this gif is a bit static, it doesn't really move very fluidly (his arm in particular) this is something that I know for next time that I need to address. It also needs more context for my book, it needs to entice people to want to read the article and want to find out about this unfamiliar sports team.
